I am grateful for everything and everyone that's in my life, because it has made me who I am today.

My aim is to help people by offering healing, comfort and guidance.

I started my holistic journey in 2011 when I discovered Reiki and a passion to help others feel better about themselves, and thus became attuned to Reiki L1 & L2.

​

I became a Reiki Master in October 2016  and have since attuned others to Reiki L1, Reiki L2 and Reiki Master L3 

​

Reiki can be a unique experience for the recipient, but my aim is that you go away feeling relaxed and stress free.

​

I will work on your Chakra system to remove any blockages that may be stopping you from having a natural flow in your life.

 

In 2011, I also qualified in Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling and Indian Head Massage.

​

In 2014, I gained a High Merit  Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology with BSY

​

In 2017 I trained and qualified in Swedish Massage L3, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian style massage and Gua Sha.

​

In 2018 I trained and qualified in Thai Foot Massage.

​

In 2020 I trained and gained a qualification in Pregnancy Massage.

​

In 2021 I trained and gained a qualification in Zone Therapy Facial Reflexology. 

​

I am constantly learning new styles and techniques of massage to offer a vast range of treatments to help my clients have the best possible experience, so they leave feeling amazing and return to keep their body, mind and spirit balanced and well.

In 2015 I took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue my passion of healing, calming and helping others by continually developing myself, gaining more knowledge and qualifications with various massage techniques, holistic and spiritual teachings. I now go into corporate offices to do on site massage treatments. I truly love what I do and do what I love.

​

The body has a unique way of healing itself given the chance, but stressful jobs and lives can cause major issues on our health and well-being.  We all need some regular time out to unwind and re-energise! Massage therapy, Reiki and Spiritual guidance are all great ways to balance the Mind, Body & Soul.

​

I also enjoy a massage and therefore have them regularly, it is great to have some time out.  I also enjoy going to the gym, Yoga and walking, so health and well-being has always been a big part of my personality.

​

​I feel I have a positive outlook on life and I want to help people that come to me, so they leave feeling lifted and relaxed.
