Reiki is a Japanese technique used to help relieve stress and provide relaxation to the recipient,
whilst naturally assisting in healing by a method known as 'Channeling'.
Reiki can support you on the different levels of being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
The source energy is transferred from the practitioner to the recipient with little or no physical touching involved,
as the energy field will flow with intention to the recipient.
Before and after your treatment there will be a short time to discuss what you would like to achieve,
thus tailor your treatment for your needs and discuss your experience.

Reiki Level 3 – Master is for those ready to fully embody Reiki, deepen their spiritual connection, and, if you feel called, learn how to teach and attune others.
Each level is taught in a supportive, nurturing environment, allowing you to grow at your own pace while developing both your skills and your inner awareness.
