I was looking for guidance on a particular subject that had been bothering me for some time. Sheila's reading was a mix of spirit and tarot and guided me perfectly to the answers I was looking for - she was spot on! Sheila provided a wonderful remote Reiki treatment to me. I wanted it to work on stiffness in my hip, and boy did it work on it! I had to use all my skills to relax while I could feel the energy vigorously pushing through and clearing. At the end of the treatment and since then my hip has been massively improved, which is an absolute joy! I will be booking in for more treatments in the future.
Sheila also provided a Tarot reading remotely (due to Covid-19) and it was absolutely spot on! It really helped bring some clarity to the past, some current situations I am facing, and has left me extremely positive about the future. I have had many readings in the past and Sheila's was one of the most enjoyable I have had.
Thoroughly recommend Sheila to anyone.

I've been going to Sheila for about 8 months now every few weeks. Sheila is lovely, very welcoming and her treatments are always amazing with her picking up on things I haven't even mentioned. Her treatment room is cosy and relaxing and she never makes for feel like you are being rushed. I look forward to seeing Sheila again for many more treatments x 7th August 2019

"I love the ‘stress buster’ - reiki and then a massage, total relaxation, so much so that last time after Sheila left the room for me to get dressed- I fell asleep! Then the reflexology - I’m sure I snored through most of it! I floated out of the house on a warm fluffy cloud! Excellent therapist and lovely atmosphere! Def 5 stars 🌟"

"Have been to White Light to have massage treatment and Guasha a few times, Sheila always delivers pampering treatments with her professionalism, thoughtfulness and care. Her techniques is an excellent combination of soothing movements and right strength which I enjoy very much. The ambiance at White Light Therapies provides total relaxation and great energy. In particular from where I am from I understand the great medical benefit of Guasha in which helps to detox the body and feel re-energized.
