The Scary Truth About Evolving

How It All Started

Long before I left my corporate job, something deeper had already begun to shift..

In 2011, I trained in Reflexology, Indian Head massage and Reiki Levels 1 & 2 while still working full-time. I started seeing a few clients in the evenings, just quietly, on the side, but those sessions lit me up in a way the office never could. Even then, I knew I was being pulled toward a different kind of life. One where I could help others heal, feel good, and reconnect to themselves.

But I didn’t leap right away. It took time, courage, and the slow build-up of an inner voice I couldn’t ignore any more.

I wasn’t sure how my family and friends would react to my deeper interests in energy healing and Reiki, let alone Angel cards, Spirit Guides, and the more esoteric side of my spiritual path!

In June 2015, I'd had an epiphany whilst on a beach in Ibiza, looking out to sea, feeling the sand beneath my feet, thinking and knowing that there must be more to life than working in an office 40 hours a week! Especially as I'd already had the calling to help people heal, find their inner peace, have time to relax etc.

By November 2015, I was ready to walk away from the corporate world and step fully into holistic therapy. I launched my own business, offering Reiki and massage therapy, and over the years, I’ve been honored to hold space for hundreds of clients, mostly women in helping them release stress, find balance, and remember who they are beneath the noise of life.

Now, ten years later, my path is evolving again.

I never expected to be doing this, but...

I’m stepping into my next chapter as a Spiritual Life Coach, this isn't new - I've actually been guiding others this way for years, but now, it’s intentional I’m consciously combining everything I’ve learned through energy healing, intuitive guidance, and lived experiences. This isn’t about starting over, it’s about rising into my fullest expression, and helping others do the same.

From healing the body to supporting the soul, this journey has always been about coming home to truth, and creating space for other beautiful souls.

It really all started when I realised a lot of people, (mostly women) were feeling as though they were in the ‘Spiritual Closet’, they would be drawn, or guided if you like, to learning about Crystals, Angels, Tarot, meditation etc. Or even feeling nudges from Spirit guides, but not really understanding what's going on, or who to talk to, because they're afraid of feeling judged, that they're going crazy and it's all woo woo! 

That's exactly how I felt!

Thankfully, I have many good friends who truly get me. Yes, there have been a few who don’t, and that’s okay. I’ve simply learned who I can talk to about this part of my life, and who I can’t. Interestingly, it’s often the ones who do relate who’ve been quietly navigating their own spiritual paths.

The moment that changed everything for me was when I had to have a replacement hip operation in 2021, I felt I was getting older and wondered how long I could continue doing massages etc, I stumbled across a Spiritual Life Coaching course, and immediately felt drawn to enrol. Now 4 years on, I have added this programme to my business.

As a Spiritual Life Coach, I get to support others on a soul level. We work with energy, intuition, inner truth, and all the things that truly change your life from the inside out!

And I’ve never felt more aligned.
